About the Role
You will serve as a strategic advisor to commercial customers, helping them select, adopt, scale, and optimize Claude products. You will manage account and success plans, lead change-management and enablement programs, measure realized value and ROI, identify expansion opportunities, and share customer insights with internal partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
- Experience with consumption-based and seat-based business models
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable outcomes
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and create expansion plans
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with customer decision makers
- Advise customers on API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise solutions
- Monitor usage and develop adoption and optimization plans
- Develop and execute change-management and organizational-enablement strategies
- Measure business outcomes, ROI, and customer impact
- Identify expansion use cases across customer departments and workflows
- Manage customer lifecycle account plans and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Develop scalable engagement playbooks
