About the Role
Provide empathetic, compliant, and product-focused support to high-value customers while helping them navigate complex financial tools and improving customer experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a brokerage or in licensed financial services.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
- FINRA Series 3 and Series 66 preferred, with required post-employment completion if needed.
- Proficiency in multi-leg options, margin trading, cryptocurrencies, and futures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for customer advocacy, financial literacy, and relationship building.
- Adaptability and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM and feedback tools such as Salesforce and Slack.
