Design and lead customer advocacy initiatives across Europe, including Customer Advisory Boards, merchant communities, and executive engagement programs. Represent merchant perspectives in industry forums, translate payments and regulatory trends into actionable insights, develop thought leadership content, support conference speaking, and collaborate with marketing and communications to amplify customer and industry impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, product, strategy, partnerships, or related roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, risk, or payments
  • Experience building and scaling Customer Advisory Boards, executive engagement programs, and customer communities
  • Experience engaging enterprise and strategic accounts, including influencing C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps through customer insights and market feedback
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem
  • Experience representing a company in industry forums and influencing regulators, partners, and networks
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong executive presence
  • Exceptional storytelling, thought leadership, and public speaking skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and steward the Customer Advisory Board for strategic merchants across Europe
  • Build and scale merchant communities and executive engagement programs
  • Drive adoption of community initiatives across functions
  • Integrate customer perspectives into internal and external decision-making and innovation processes
  • Influence card networks, industry partners, and other external stakeholders
  • Translate industry trends, regulatory changes, and ecosystem developments into actionable insights
  • Represent Adyen in industry boards, forums, and working groups
  • Amplify merchant perspectives to help shape industry standards and direction
  • Develop and publish thought leadership content
  • Lead conference speaking strategy
  • Partner with Marketing, PR, and Communications to amplify the brand
  • Collaborate on event strategy and prioritization
