About the Role

You will build a presence across technical communities, plan and deliver events, and represent the employer at industry gatherings. You will create employer-brand campaigns and content, improve careers-site assets, develop employee advocacy, build partnerships, and measure the impact of attraction initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, community building, talent attraction, or a similar role
• Experience building employer-brand initiatives in a scaling technology organisation
• Experience organising events and community-engagement initiatives
• Storytelling, content creation, and communication skills
• Project management skills
• Experience collaborating with talent acquisition, PR, marketing, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Brand, recruitment marketing tools, careers websites, and ATS platforms

Responsibilities

• Build a presence across robotics, AI, software, hardware, and engineering communities
• Plan and deliver hackathons, coding competitions, university partnerships, meetups, conferences, careers fairs, and community events
• Represent the employer at industry events
• Develop employer-branding campaigns
• Create employer-brand content
• Improve careers website and employer-branding assets
• Develop employee advocacy initiatives
• Identify communities, partnerships, sponsorships, and events
• Measure and improve employer-branding initiatives
