About the Role
You will monitor relevant conversations, create and publish on-brand social content, manage the social calendar, and use analytics to improve performance. You will engage and moderate community discussions, support community programs, help deliver events, and keep calendars, trackers, and dashboards organized.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of social media management or community management experience
- Social and community analytics experience
- Community engagement and growth experience with platforms such as Discord, Reddit, X, or forums
- Experience using LLMs and generative AI tools
- Understanding of developer workflows around models and inference
- Project management skills
Responsibilities
- Track relevant conversations and shape timely narratives
- Monitor social and community metrics and report insights
- Create and publish data-informed social content
- Own the social content calendar
- Moderate discussions, answer questions, and welcome community members
- Support community programs, newsletters, AMAs, and cohorts
- Help plan and execute virtual and in-person events
- Maintain organized calendars, trackers, and dashboards
