About the Role
You will lead community strategy and daily engagement across social platforms. You will write and moderate posts, monitor sentiment and trends, deliver customer insights, execute community activations, support product marketing, and ensure communications meet content standards and financial regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of social media or community management experience
- Experience owning a social channel or program end-to-end
- Experience partnering with product marketing, brand, or campaign teams
- Understanding of X, TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate social metrics into strategy
- Experience working within compliance and legal guardrails
