About the Role
You will manage daily engagement across social channels, build relationships with creators and fans, and moderate community spaces. You will identify trends and sentiment, escalate issues, turn social listening into actions and insights, support community strategy, maintain playbooks, and report on community health.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day engagement across social channels
- Build relationships with creators and superfans
- Identify cultural moments, memes, and trends
- Moderate Discord, Reddit, and comment communities
- Track sentiment and escalate issues, bugs, and sensitive conversations
- Monitor social and creator conversations
- Translate insights into content, product, outreach, and community actions
- Support community strategy and engagement planning
- Collaborate with brand, content, product marketing, support, and trust and safety teams
- Develop recurring community programs
- Maintain response and escalation documentation
- Report on community health and engagement
- Represent community feedback internally
