About the Role
You will actively approach walk-in customers in a post office, identify their needs, and provide expert advice. You will sell investment, pension, payment, and savings products, develop tailored solutions, close sales, and refer financing and pension opportunities to internal specialists.
Requirements
- Knowledge of banking or finance gained through training, further education, or professional experience
- Sales and closing skills and an understanding of customer needs
- Excellent German language skills
- MS Office skills
Responsibilities
- Advise customers and sell investment, pension, payment, and savings products in a post office
- Actively approach walk-in customers and identify opportunities
- Develop tailored solutions based on customers' wishes, goals, and life situations and close sales
- Identify financing and pension opportunities and refer customers to internal specialists
