About the Role

Own onboarding, activation, and growth for Ramp’s self-service customers by mastering integration and configuration options, onboarding micro-SMB and SMB accounts, managing a high-volume book of business, coordinating outreach, sharing customer feedback with Product, identifying automation opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in a B2B organization
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire for ownership and growth
  • Proven track record meeting weekly or monthly KPIs
  • Experience owning a book of business of more than 100 customers
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions
  • Experience with accounting software or accounting
  • Experience with financial services sales

Responsibilities

  • Master Ramp integration and configuration options
  • Drive efficient and complete customer onboarding at scale
  • Own micro-SMB and SMB accounts
  • Onboard customers within 60 days and fewer than two calls
  • Manage implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach priorities
  • Partner with Product to prioritize customer feedback and pain points
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale onboarding
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
