About the Role
You will discover and explore new crypto projects at an early stage, spotting emerging trends and identifying non-obvious investment and cooperation opportunities. You'll pitch Winkrypto's products and services, negotiate commercials and agreements, and maintain long-term relationships with partners. You will evaluate business, technical, and fundraising needs of crypto projects and help fill resource gaps across institutions, media, and communities. You'll assist the team in executing Chinese local projects' 'Going Global Strategy' by connecting them with global media, influencers, communities, and venture funds, and by purchasing media and running content marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for scaling and nurturing Winkrypto's partnerships with projects, communities, influencers, and fund ventures, while identifying process inefficiencies and driving sales results to meet performance objectives.
Requirements
- Two years of experience working in crypto/Web3 industry
- English native speaker or close to native speaker level
- Strong ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, good convincing/negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Curiosity and love for learning
Responsibilities
- Discover and explore new projects at an early stage from an investment perspective
- Identify new investment and cooperation opportunities for Winkrypto
- Pitch Winkrypto's products and services and finalize commercials and agreements through business negotiations
- Maintain relationships with partners
- Evaluate and formulate business, technical, and fundraising resource requirements for crypto projects
- Fill resource gaps across institutions, media, and communities and facilitate cooperative resource sharing
- Assist team members in conducting Chinese local projects' Going Global Strategy
- Connect and fill resource gaps like global media, influencers, communities and venture funds
- Purchase media and perform content marketing to reach measurable target audiences
- Scale and nurture Winkrypto's partnership with projects, communities, influencers, and fund ventures
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing processes
- Meet sales performance objectives
