About the Role

You will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for cross-border payment services across remittance, settlement, and currency exchange. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research and requirements gathering to solution design, launch, and optimization. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, legal, business development, and operations teams to deliver payment products that are both scalable and regulatory-compliant. You will analyze customer needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory environments across key corridors such as Asia, the EU, and the UAE to identify new product opportunities. You will track key performance metrics like transaction volume, revenue per corridor, and user retention to drive continuous improvement, and you will engage with partners, payment networks, remittance providers, and settlement banks to strengthen ecosystem support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, remittance, payments, or banking; with at least 2 years focused on cross-border or international money movement
• Strong understanding of payment systems, FX, compliance (AML/KYC), and settlement processes
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Data-driven mindset; able to interpret data to make informed product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in Brazil or emerging markets preferred
• Familiarity with blockchain or crypto-based payment rails preferred
• Experience integrating with third-party PSPs, banks, or global remittance networks preferred
• Working knowledge of real-time payment systems preferred
