About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of multichannel CRM marketing campaigns. You will coordinate content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking, and delivery with relevant stakeholders. You will analyze campaign performance, optimize delivery processes, and identify automation opportunities using AI tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of CRM or marketing automation experience
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Experience or understanding of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Gemini
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, analyze, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns
- Own cross-team collaboration for content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking, and campaign delivery
- Automate, optimize, and improve internal delivery processes through analysis and actionable ideas
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to deliver campaigns
