About the Role

You will manage incoming design and media requests, project tickets, timelines, and priorities. You will communicate status updates, facilitate planning and review meetings, report on workload and turnaround metrics, identify delivery risks, and improve intake workflows and project templates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, design operations, production coordination, or a related field
• Written and verbal communication
• Planning and time management
• Experience managing a ticket or request queue for a creative, design, or media team
• Experience presenting metrics and status updates to leadership
• Experience improving intake workflows and project templates
• Familiarity with digital asset management tools
• ClickUp or Jira reporting experience
• Familiarity with Looker or Tableau
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage inbound design and media requests
• Own and maintain tickets, timelines, and priorities in the project management system
• Communicate proactive status updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate standups, project reviews, and retrospectives
• Track and report output, turnaround time, capacity, and workload metrics
• Flag bottlenecks, resourcing conflicts, and scope creep
• Maintain project templates and intake workflows
