About the Role
You will lead confirmatory diligence and integration planning for acquisitions. You will coordinate technical and organizational workstreams, create repeatable integration playbooks, manage day-one and day-100 execution, support acquired teams, track milestones and KPIs, and report risks and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Technical fluency through software engineering, product experience, or technical-organization evaluation
- Ability to coordinate across product, engineering, legal, HR, and finance
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments
- Written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations
Responsibilities
- Lead confirmatory diligence workstreams after letters of intent
- Develop due diligence frameworks for acquisition types
- Assess integration readiness and identify risks
- Coordinate technical deep dives with engineering and research leaders
- Design end-to-end integration plans
- Build scalable integration playbooks, templates, and decision frameworks
- Develop integration timelines and milestones
- Facilitate relationships between acquired and internal teams
- Model financial and operational integration scenarios
- Drive day-one and day-100 integration execution
- Support acquired teams during transition
- Design onboarding and retention plans with HR and people managers
- Conduct post-integration retrospectives
- Build and report integration KPIs
