About the Role
You will lead due diligence for live transactions, maintain data rooms, coordinate diligence sessions, and prepare reports. You will build operating and valuation models, assess opportunities, maintain venture portfolio records, forecast deal cash outflows, and prepare executive and board materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, management consulting, or a startup

Responsibilities
- Lead transaction due diligence
- Organize data rooms and diligence sessions
- Draft consolidated diligence reports
- Build operating models, comparable analyses, DCF analyses, and returns analyses
- Prepare screening memos and company teardowns
- Maintain venture investment portfolio records and KPI updates
- Track valuations, IRR, and MOIC
- Forecast deal-related cash outflows
- Prepare executive and board deal materials
- Perform additional assigned duties
