About the Role

You will manage communications for financial reporting, earnings, financings, acquisitions, and major corporate moments. You will draft executive materials, coordinate with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal, pitch reporters, monitor coverage and risks, manage agencies, and keep announcements consistent across audiences.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of corporate, financial, or business communications experience
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and earnings communications for a publicly traded company
  • Experience with earnings releases, executive preparation, and media outreach
  • Experience pitching and building relationships with business reporters
  • Writing and editing skills
  • Experience partnering with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Run communications for financial results and reporting milestones
  • Partner with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal on reporting messaging and review
  • Draft executive talking points, media Q&A, and briefing documents
  • Support communications for investor-facing moments
  • Uphold disclosure processes and confidentiality controls
  • Plan and execute communications for financings, M&A, partnerships, customer agreements, and appointments
  • Build relationships with financial, business, and technology reporters
  • Pitch and place corporate narrative stories
  • Track media coverage and share of voice
  • Maintain corporate messaging frameworks and approved financial metrics
  • Monitor financial and corporate reputation risks
  • Manage agency relationships
  • Coordinate announcements across Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, Marketing, and regional teams
