About the Role
You will engineer building management system controls, including sequences, points lists, and graphics for mechanical and electrical plants. You will program, test, version, integrate, commission, diagnose, and document control logic.
Requirements
- Experience programming BMS platforms for data centers or large facilities
- Ability to write and improve control sequences
- Experience integrating equipment over BACnet, Modbus, and vendor protocols
- Experience commissioning and troubleshooting controls
- Experience versioning and documenting logic
- Knowledge of Tridium, ALC, Siemens, chilled water, liquid cooling, EPMS, or graphics standards
Responsibilities
- Engineer BMS controls, sequences, points lists, and graphics
- Program, configure, test, and version control logic
- Integrate chillers, CDUs, power monitoring, and third-party equipment
- Support commissioning through functional testing, failure diagnosis, and standard updates
