About the Role
You will coordinate first-line risk management and control activities across internal functions. You will maintain risk and control assessments, monitor key risk indicators, support outsourcing and product-governance reviews, report incidents, track remediation actions, and use automation and data analytics to improve risk monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, process management, or governance in a regulated environment
- Experience working in scalable, high-growth organizations
- Ability to manage complex processes across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, risk management processes, and compliance procedures
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, drive improvements, and escalate issues
Responsibilities
- Coordinate first-line risk management and control activities
- Maintain the Risk and Control Self Assessment
- Design, validate, and test local controls
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators and report anomalies
- Support reviews of material outsourcing and third-party ICT arrangements
- Monitor third-party performance and escalate material issues
- Support product-governance reviews
- Identify and report incidents and issues
- Track remediation, control enhancements, and audit actions
- Use automation and data analytics to improve risk monitoring and reporting
