About the Role
You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting data center development. You will build contracting and compliance frameworks, coordinate agreements from request through signature, and manage parallel contract workstreams under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience drafting and negotiating standard commercial contracts
- Ability to interpret complex contractual language
- Experience using AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review
- Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate contract terms clearly
