About the Role
This strategic role sits within Adyen’s in-house creative Studio and focuses on process management, tooling, AI-assisted production, performance measurement, localization, governance, and scalable content systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Creative Operations or Content Operations
- Multiple years of experience creating content
- Familiarity with modern creative tools and digital asset management tools
- Interest or experience in operationalizing AI tools
- Experience developing frameworks for local and global needs
- Process design skills
- Data-driven performance measurement
- Ability to influence, persuade, and sell solutions internally
- Adaptability, resilience, and ability to solve challenges in ambiguous and complex environments
Responsibilities
- Design an operating model for AI-driven content supply chains
- Document, roll out, and educate colleagues on workflows and frameworks
- Measure process and system effectiveness
- Facilitate content flow between markets
- Set up scalable content systems across formats, channels, and audiences
- Design repeatable content formats and libraries
- Build and maintain AI-assisted production pipelines
- Establish briefing infrastructure, intake standards, and governance models
- Develop localization frameworks and systems
- Implement reporting frameworks and dashboards
