Founded in 2018 by technology entrepreneurs Pat White and Amy Kalnoki, Bitwave is a digital asset finance platform for enterprises. About the Role
You'll work closely with enterprise clients to bring digital assets into their accounting, tax, treasury, and management processes. You'll gather requirements, design processes, and guide implementations of the Bitwave platform from start to finish, collaborating with financial reporting leaders, Controllers, CAOs, CFOs, and technology teams. You'll also support clients in a customer success capacity, help troubleshoot and resolve issues, contribute to internal product testing and feedback, and develop thought leadership around emerging topics in finance and digital assets.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a professional services setting gathering requirements, designing processes and implementing systems
- Significant experience managing implementations, preferably in the finance function, from start to finish
- Significant experience working with financial reporting leaders, Controllers, CAOs, CFOs and other finance leadership, as well as technology leadership, Analysts, Developers, Tech Leads
- Significant experience supporting clients in a customer success role including onboarding, answering questions, identifying and resolving issues
- Significant experience developing points of view around finance/tech topics
- Experience identifying and resolving bugs, performing testing and validation, and providing feedback on product capabilities
- Interest or experience with data analysis/big data tools like Tableau, Looker is a plus
- Interest or experience writing queries in any language is a plus
- Interest or experience in building and sharing thought leadership on finance matters is a plus
- Some experience with or desire to work in a startup environment is a plus
- Some experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, NetSuite, Quickbooks)
- Interest in the cryptocurrency space is a plus
- Interest in building software for enterprises is a plus
