About the Role
Work closely with enterprise clients to bring digital assets into accounting, tax, treasury, and management processes. Gather requirements, design processes, guide Bitwave platform implementations, support customer success, troubleshoot issues, test products, provide feedback, and develop finance thought leadership.
Requirements
- Significant professional services experience gathering requirements, designing processes, and implementing systems
- Significant experience managing finance-related implementations from start to finish
- Experience working with finance and technology leadership
- Significant customer success experience, including onboarding and issue resolution
- Experience developing finance and technology points of view
- Experience with bug identification, testing, validation, and product feedback
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks
- Interest in cryptocurrency and enterprise software
- Data analysis, query writing, startup, or thought leadership experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design processes, and implement systems for clients
- Manage implementations from start to finish with finance and technology leadership
- Support clients in a customer success role, including onboarding and issue resolution
- Develop points of view on finance and technology topics
- Identify and resolve bugs, perform testing and validation, and provide product feedback
- Build and share thought leadership on finance matters in the digital asset industry
