About the Role

You will place the customer at the center of everything you do, making their journey simple, valuable, and delightful. As an individual contributor, you'll help customers implement well-designed workforce management solutions that streamline operational efficiency. During implementation, you will configure and test the system, deliver it to customers, and support customer training. You'll facilitate discovery sessions, build solution blueprints alongside senior consultants and solution architects, and manage customer expectations throughout the process. You'll provide configuration reviews, knowledge transfers, and live training sessions, while advocating for customer needs internally. You'll also take ownership of configuration tasks within the implementation project plan, identify and document requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to meet implementation timelines and support SLAs. Over time, you'll grow your product expertise, identify and report bugs and enhancements, and recommend best practices to help customers get the most value from their investment.

Requirements

  • Experience in operating environments in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other industries to understand labor challenges
  • Demonstrated foresight to align customer expectations and project timelines with customer KPIs
  • 2+ years experience implementing software, configuring Workforce Management solutions, and/or in Customer Success
  • Retail and/or Workforce Management experience
  • Polished English language communication and presentation skills
  • 5+ years experience implementing software, configuring Workforce Management solutions, and/or in Customer Success (preferred)
  • Workforce management planning experience in a retail environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform
  • Facilitate discovery and data gathering sessions with customers
  • Build a Solution Blueprint with Sr. Consultants and Solution Architects
  • Define, manage, and deliver on customer expectations throughout implementation
  • Configure Legion products according to the solution blueprint
  • Test configured systems via unit and end-to-end testing
  • Provide configuration reviews and knowledge transfers to customers
  • Deliver live customer training including train-the-trainer sessions
  • Advocate customer needs within Legion
  • Assist customers with software testing, data loads, and system initialization
  • Develop long-lasting customer relationships
  • Set and manage customer expectations
  • Communicate in demanding situations across internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay familiar with compliance and labor laws affecting customers
  • Identify and document requirements and processes
  • Identify business process improvements and use cases
  • Take ownership of configuration tasks within the implementation project plan
  • Work with internal teams to meet implementation timelines and support SLAs
  • Identify, report and prioritize bugs and enhancements
  • Maintain core product expertise for end users and configuration
  • Communicate upcoming release themes and dates to customers
  • Recommend best practices for using Legion
