About the Role

You will review and triage electronic-communications alerts across email, chat, text, and messaging channels within service-level targets. You will identify potential compliance risks, document cases, gather evidence, draft findings, and escalate complex matters. You will use AI-assisted tools, improve alert workflows, and build knowledge of crypto regulations and market-conduct rules.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven compliance tools, large language models, or automated workflow tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize unstructured text data
• Ability to identify nuances and present concise findings
• BA/BS in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Review and triage electronic-communications alerts across email, chat, text, and messaging channels
• Identify potential policy breaches, misconduct, and operational risk indicators
• Maintain complete case logs and audit-ready documentation
• Gather background context and evidence for flagged communications
• Prepare fact-based case summaries for non-standard alerts
• Escalate ambiguous, high-risk, and complex matters
• Meet daily volume and quality targets
• Use AI-assisted surveillance tools and automated workflows
• Provide feedback to refine alert parameters and AI models
• Propose improvements to surveillance workflows
• Participate in training on crypto regulations, market conduct, and compliance technologies
