About the Role
You will develop and execute global compensation strategies and programs for GTM and international markets. You will lead salary reviews, incentive design, benchmarking, pay-equity analysis, governance, and compliance efforts. You will advise executives using market intelligence and analytics, partner on regional workforce needs, and assess compensation implications for international expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and functional teams
- Expertise in compensation surveys and methodologies
- Experience designing and managing global compensation programs across multiple regions
- Knowledge of sales incentive compensation principles and administration
- Analytical, modeling, and executive presentation skills
- Experience influencing VP and C-suite stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global compensation strategies for GTM and international markets
- Design and oversee base pay, incentive, equity, and recognition programs
- Lead annual compensation planning, salary reviews, incentive plan design, and market benchmarking
- Evaluate compensation effectiveness using internal analytics, Radford benchmarks, and market intelligence
- Partner with regional leaders on compensation strategies across EMEA, APJ, and ME
- Assess country-specific compensation practices, labor markets, regulatory requirements, and competitive positioning
- Establish global compensation frameworks and governance standards
- Advise on compensation implications for international expansion, market entry, and organizational changes
- Provide executive guidance on compensation strategy, talent investments, and labor market trends
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, pay-transparency legislation, and governance standards
- Lead global pay-equity analyses and remediation efforts
- Monitor regulatory developments and compensation trends
