About the Role
You will advise business and HR leaders on compensation strategy, create data-driven solutions to complex compensation issues, and assess market competitiveness. You will improve compensation programs and cycles, support pay equity and pay transparency, lead job architecture work, and implement technology and automation that improve compensation operations.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of compensation experience
- Experience designing and implementing compensation programs
- Expertise in salary structures, bonus programs, and long-term programs
- Expertise in compensation benchmarking and survey methodology
- Executive communication skills
