About the Role
You will engage with and grow the community across Telegram and Discord, welcome new users and guide them through first steps, respond to questions and escalate technical or product issues, monitor discussions for respectful and constructive communication, surface user feedback and trends to the core team, create polls, mini-events and FAQ posts, collaborate with marketing on announcements and campaigns, and help foster local language communities.
Requirements
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Prior experience in crypto Web3 communities
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals
- Friendly reliable and proactive communication style
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Proficiency in additional languages (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate Telegram and Discord channels
- Welcome new users and guide them through first steps
- Respond to questions and escalate technical or product issues
- Monitor discussions to ensure respectful constructive communication
- Spot trends, surface feedback, and relay insights to the core team
- Create and schedule community polls mini-events and FAQ posts
- Collaborate with marketing for announcements and campaigns
- Help foster local language communities
