You will deliver exceptional customer support across chat, phone, and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues; communicate product features and updates to clients; build and maintain positive relationships; collect feedback to inform product and service improvements; stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or technology industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
- Ability to problem-solve effectively and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive, proactive, and customer-first mindset
- English and Italian proficiency at an advanced level
- Previous experience in a customer relations-oriented role is preferred
- Knowledge of trading or financial markets would be an advantage
