About the Role
You will act as a brand ambassador to build network and brand recognition by meeting potential clients and partners during online meetings and conferences worldwide. You will monitor incoming collaboration requests, initiate discussions to understand needs, and route these requests across the company. You will help maximize customer satisfaction at every step of the journey and provide operational and strategic support for marketing initiatives. You will work closely with management and security engineers to support future initiatives through diverse tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (native level with excellent writing skills)
- 2+ years experience in the blockchain DeFi ecosystem with an existing network in the space
- Entrepreneurial experience or experience in a highly autonomous role
- Sales experience
- Bachelor's or master's in business administration marketing engineering or related fields
- Proven ability to build fruitful business relationships with Web3 clients and partners
- Keen interest and understanding of crypto Twitter
- A keen interest and understanding of the blockchain industry with provable output and contributions such as a blog or podcast, organizing events, an established presence on social media, or a key contribution to a company in the space
- Willingness to travel to conferences at least 4-5 times per year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, messaging apps, and related tools

- Help maximize customer satisfaction at every step of the journey through operational and administrative support, relationship management, and process improvement
- Provide operational and strategic support for marketing initiatives
- Work closely with management and security engineers to support future initiatives through diverse tasks
