About the Role

You will own end-to-end MNDA workflows, handle high-volume commercial contracts under attorney supervision, and manage vendor intake and negotiations on Zip. You will prepare signature-ready packets, maintain an organized contract repository, map and standardize workflows, triage incoming legal requests, and design AI-assisted review and summarization processes. You will serve as a power user of CLM, e-signature, Salesforce, and generative AI tools, maintain prompt libraries and workflow guides, and partner on audits, playbook updates, and other special projects. You will document processes so stakeholders can self-serve and continuously measure and improve cycle time, throughput, and consistency.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional in-house or at a law firm supporting commercial work
• Experience with commercial documentation including NDAs order forms amendments and vendor agreements
• Demonstrated comfort with legal tech and AI tools such as CLM systems (Ironclad), Salesforce, e-signature tools, and generative AI for drafting and summarization
• Systems and operations mindset with focus on workflows handoffs and SLAs
• Excellent organization and project management skills to manage high volume matters and track details
• Clear concise written communication and professional judgment handling sensitive confidential information
• Experience in high-growth SaaS fintech or crypto Web3 environments is a plus
• Prior exposure to public sector RFP or government contracts processes is a plus
• Comfort working across time zones and with async tools like Slack Notion and Loom is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MNDA workflows including intake triage review approvals and execution
• Handle high-volume contracts including NDAs order forms amendments and vendor contract reviews under attorney supervision
• Prepare and manage signature-ready packets signature routing and tracking for commercial and vendor agreements
• Own vendor intake and contract negotiation on Zip and manage vendor form intakes and redlines
• Maintain and integrate an organized searchable record of executed agreements in the contract repository
• Map workflows identify bottlenecks and partner with stakeholders to standardize and document processes
• Serve as a power user for legal AI tools and CLM systems
• Design and iterate AI-assisted workflows for first-pass review summaries and suggested clause positions
• Maintain prompt libraries workflow guides and logs of AI wins
• Triage and route incoming legal requests based on established rules and playbooks
• Partner on special projects including audits playbook refreshes policy updates and AI training sets
• Improve and document how legal works to enable stakeholder self-service
