About the Role

You will help scale AML compliance solutions by partnering with the Head of AML Compliance Solutions and supporting regulated clients. You will create and maintain client-facing and internal documentation, lead rule translation and migration projects, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Model teams to test and refine compliance capabilities. You will support enterprise risk management by updating policies, coordinating testing, driving regulatory change management, and exploring AI and automation to improve compliance workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AML operations or compliance operations
• Direct experience in transaction monitoring, alert review, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, investigations, or suspicious activity reporting
• Strong understanding of regulatory and operational AML compliance requirements
• Ability to translate compliance requirements into clear documentation and scalable processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams; strong written and verbal communication
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Interest in AI-first approaches and automation to improve compliance workflows

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of AML Compliance Solutions to scale the function
• Serve as a compliance subject matter expert for regulated clients
• Create and maintain client-facing and internal materials including process documentation and implementation guidance
• Support large client migration and rule translation projects
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Model teams to test and expand compliance-related product capabilities
• Partner with Product Marketing to review and shape compliance-focused content
• Support internal enterprise risk management by updating policies, coordinating testing, and driving regulatory change management
