About the Role
You will negotiate agreements for GPU and cloud capacity, colocation, power, data-center space, networking, and other infrastructure services. You will manage enterprise commercial, partnership, and procurement agreements, align vendor and customer obligations, address regulatory requirements, and create templates, playbooks, approval processes, and negotiation workflows.
Requirements
- JD and active bar license in good standing
- At least 5 years in commercial and technology transactions, including substantial in-house experience at an infrastructure company
- Experience with compute and critical-infrastructure purchasing, partnership agreements, and enterprise commercial deals
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, EU AI Act, EU Data Act, DORA, and security terms
- Familiarity with export controls, FCPA, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption requirements
- Ability to work independently and determine when to escalate or engage outside counsel
- Experience using AI tools
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for GPU, cloud capacity, colocation, power, data-center, networking, and infrastructure-services agreements
- Align capacity, service-level, security, and data-protection obligations across vendor and customer contracts
- Handle export and trade-control requirements in compute and hardware deals
- Build templates, negotiation playbooks, and escalation workflows for infrastructure deals
- Manage enterprise commercial agreements, including master agreements, order forms, data processing terms, security exhibits, and NDAs
- Support go-to-market and partnership agreements
- Run procurement transactions and establish procurement processes and tooling
- Maintain commercial and vendor templates and default negotiating positions
