About the Role

You will architect and build robust, scalable, stable, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure for a cloud-based payment system. You will design infrastructure that supports maintenance, patching, upgrades, and regional failures without downtime. You will work with security engineers to provision secure infrastructure, automate AWS deployments, and make it easy for developers to deploy AWS resources. You will manage production infrastructure changes, availability, performance, and costs across multiple AWS accounts.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of technical and architectural experience in AWS-based infrastructure platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS computing, networking, storage, and analytical services.
• Experience with Terraform-based infrastructure as code on AWS.
• Experience managing production infrastructure changes and releases for high-traffic, business-critical systems.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure availability, performance, and cost.
• Experience as an AWS administrator, including multi-organization management across 50+ AWS accounts and 100+ users.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices in the fintech industry.
• Programming and scripting experience with Python, Shell scripting, Go, and Rust.
• Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English or Japanese.
