About the Role
Provide exceptional client experiences to investors through chat, email, and phone. Educate clients on the investment process, resolve issues, improve support systems and processes, complete FINRA licensing, and progress through a structured training and coaching program into investor support and outbound client engagement.
Requirements
- Coachable, adaptable, persuasive, empathetic, and entrepreneurial.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing must be acquired as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships by educating clients on the investment process and answering questions throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Resolve current client issues and identify opportunities to improve future client interactions.
- Work with the team to improve systems and processes used to support clients.
- Acquire FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses as a condition of employment.
- Participate in weekly coaching, shadow sessions, roleplays, and chat/email reviews.
- Support clients through chat, email, and inbound phone calls.
- Support high-net-worth accredited investors through the investment process.
- Engage clients through outbound calls about current offerings and existing portfolios.

Hiring Process
The first year follows three training phases: foundational training with FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing, weekly coaching, shadow sessions, roleplays, and chat/email reviews; licensed training as an Investor Support Specialist serving accredited investors; and ongoing coaching with outbound calls about offerings and portfolios.
