About the Role

You will provide an exceptional client experience to our investors through chat, email, and phone channels. You will build strong relationships by educating clients on the investment process and answering questions throughout the lifetime of their investment. You will problem solve current client issues to meet immediate needs and identify opportunities to enhance future client interactions. You will work with your team to solve current problems clients face and improve the systems and processes used. In your first year, you'll learn the foundations of the position through a dynamic training program, acquire your FINRA Series 7 & 63 as a condition of employment, and receive weekly coaching including shadow sessions, roleplays, and chat/email reviews. Once licensed, you'll grow into the role of Investor Support Specialist, working with high net worth accredited investors to ensure a smooth investment process. Later, you'll engage clients through outbound calls to discuss current offerings and their existing portfolios, mastering your craft along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships by educating clients on the investment process and answering questions during the lifetime of the investment

  • Work with your team to solve current problems clients face and improve systems and processes
  • Acquire FINRA Series 7 & 63 as a condition of employment
  • Participate in weekly coaching including shadow sessions, roleplays, and chat/email reviews
  • Support clients through chat, email, and inbound phone calls
  • Work with high net worth accredited investors to ensure a smooth investment process
  • Engage clients through outbound calls to discuss current offerings and their existing portfolios
