About the Role

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling telephone and written enquiries about products and services. You will identify sales opportunities, offer needs-based solutions, and create positive customer experiences through empathetic and professional communication.

Requirements

• Completed basic education or experience in the service sector
• Experience or interest in telephone customer contact, customer service, and sales
• Excellent spoken German and a second national language: French or Italian
• Ability to use multiple IT applications and communication tools simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing shifts and address diverse customer needs
• Work at least 50% during the on-site introductory phase, generally lasting three to six months
