About the Role

You will help set up, execute, monitor, and optimize brand campaigns. You will support creative sales brainstorming, respond to RFPs, manage campaign content and brand profiles, review branded content, and ensure ads serve correctly. You will coordinate with business operations and cross-functional partners, capture campaign learnings, and handle administrative work including billing and invoicing.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an advertising or marketing agency setting; internships and co-ops count
• Understanding of the advertising campaign lifecycle from proposal and creative development through operation and reporting
• Excel skills
• PowerPoint skills
• Communication skills
• Client-first attitude
• Experience with digital media
• Experience working directly with brands and creative, media, and social agencies
• Experience with branded content and native advertising products is an asset
• Entertainment and/or CPG industry experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute brand campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Participate in creative sales brainstorming sessions
• Assist with RFP responses and strategic recommendations
• Post content and manage brand profiles for live campaigns
• Review branded content for spelling, grammar, and client brand-guideline compliance
• Set up campaigns and ensure ads are served correctly
• Acquire industry knowledge of trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and WEBTOON Studios
• Optimize campaigns with business operations to meet client KPIs
• Gather learnings and recommendations for future campaigns
• Maintain central Google Drive resources
• Perform administrative duties including billing and invoicing
