About the Role

You will manage client relationships and act as a technical account contact, supporting product implementation, usage, and custom deliveries. You will monitor production systems, respond to alerts, and coordinate fixes and post-mortems. You will gather client feedback, relay it to product teams, and support the sales cycle by validating solutions and contributing to proposals and go-to-market materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related area preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy and comfort communicating on phone and video calls
  • Creative problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Diligence, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to meet short deadlines and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
  • Drive to exceed goals and achieve measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with external teams to facilitate client initiatives
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to support implementation and product usage
  • Collect and relay client feedback to product managers
  • Develop and deliver custom client-specific solutions
  • Build, maintain and enrich the monitoring framework and react to alerts
  • Support product launches with case studies and go-to-market strategy
  • Communicate updates and resolutions for production fixes and conduct post-mortems
  • Support sales by confirming solutions with prospects and building proposals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design
