About the Role
You respond to real-time events and technical problems, identify and mitigate potential issues, troubleshoot production issues, and work with DevOps, DBA, and R&D teams through resolution. You monitor the production environment, network, and business transaction reports, and communicate directly with worldwide partners.
Requirements
- At least 3 semesters or 1.5 years remaining until graduation
- Knowledge of APIs and HTTP requests
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Availability for at least 3 shifts per week, including one night shift
- Availability to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- NOC or similar position experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of AWS OpenSearch or Elasticsearch is an advantage
- Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Log investigation experience is an advantage
