About the Role
You provide high-quality support to enterprise clients on order entry, execution, best execution, trade surveillance, and high-touch order handling. You investigate account, FIX session, and OMS issues; monitor trading activity and corporate actions; collaborate with trading, operations, IT, and compliance teams; support regulatory compliance; manage operational risks; and share client feedback to improve services and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or a related field
- Experience in customer support, relationship management, and trading services
- Experience with trading platforms and equities trading
- Familiarity with FIX protocol
- Options experience is a plus
- FINRA Series 7, Series 63, or local equivalent, with willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Verbal communication skills in a language other than English
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-level clients through phone, email, and chat
- Investigate and resolve account management, order entry, processing, execution, FIX session, and OMS issues
- Troubleshoot client technical issues
- Monitor client accounts and trading activity for anomalies
- Provide timely alerts and support
- Stay informed on market developments and trading infrastructure
- Monitor corporate actions including dividends, stock splits, and mergers
- Communicate and resolve corporate action issues accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with trading desks, operations, IT, and compliance teams
- Collect client feedback and share insights with product development and management
- Ensure client interactions and trading activities follow regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Identify and address risks associated with client operations and trading processes
