About the Role
You will help design and operate processes for the Altersvorsorgedepot before and after launch. You will prepare answers for customer questions, support contract registration, contribution management, bonus applications and payment reconciliation, document workflows and error catalogues, investigate recurring errors, and identify opportunities to improve or automate manual processes.
Requirements
- German fluency at C1 level or above
- Comfort working in English
- Structured and precise working style
- Interest in regulations
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Confidence with spreadsheets and AI tooling
- Prior exposure to financial services, operations or regulated environments is a bonus
- Availability for a minimum of 6 months
- Based in Berlin
Responsibilities
- Prepare clear answers to customer questions about subsidies, transfers and payouts
- Support contract registration with the ZfA
- Support contribution management
- Support annual bonus applications
- Reconcile payments
- Document workflows and build step-by-step guides
- Maintain error catalogues
- Investigate recurring ZfA error cases
- Identify patterns behind repeat issues
- Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities
