About the Role
You process tenant and applicant background checks, review criminal, credit, and eviction results for accuracy and compliance, communicate findings to clients and internal teams, resolve discrepancies, and improve screening workflows and turnaround times. You work onsite in Lancaster and support night and weekend coverage as business needs require.

- Process tenant and applicant background checks

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
