About the Role
You will lead projects across Clearing Operations, represent operational requirements throughout product development, and coordinate launch readiness across people, process, and technology. You will track outcomes, communicate with senior stakeholders, and use data and clearing expertise to improve operations.
Requirements
- Program or project management experience delivering medium to large initiatives
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects
- 5+ years of Brokerage Operations experience
- Experience with a Clearing Broker-Dealer
- Knowledge of clearing operations, including settlements, stock loan, margin, options, account transfers, corporate actions, or trading
- FINRA Series 7 license
- Cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between Clearing Operations and Product and Engineering teams
- Ensure operational processes are considered for product launches
- Establish a vision for Clearing Operations initiatives across multiple teams
- Own launch readiness for product rollouts affecting Clearing Operations
- Track progress, measure outcomes, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders
- Use data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency
- Apply clearing operations and regulatory knowledge to initiatives
