About the Role
You will own civil and structural design for foundations, steel and concrete framing, site grading, drainage, and equipment anchorage. You will serve as Engineer of Record, resolve construction conflicts, review deliverables, and support commissioning.
Requirements
- Active Professional Engineer license
- 7+ years designing civil and structural systems for data centers, industrial facilities, or mission-critical facilities
- Knowledge of ASCE 7, ACI 318, the AISC Steel Construction Manual, and IBC
- Experience with foundations, tilt-up concrete, and pre-engineered metal buildings
- Proficiency with structural analysis software and AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit
- Experience working with geotechnical engineers, contractors, and construction teams through commissioning
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end civil and structural design
- Serve as Engineer of Record for calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Resolve field conflicts during construction
- Review cost, constructability, and third-party engineering deliverables
