About the Role

You will support structural engineering across a multi-site development portfolio from screening through construction completion. You will assess sites, review geotechnical reports, maintain design standards, coordinate technical disciplines, manage engineers of record, and identify structural cost and constructability risks.

Requirements

• Experience with structural engineering for large-scale buildings or infrastructure
• Ability to translate soil and seismic data into structural design actions
• Experience coordinating civil, geotechnical, and MEP disciplines
• Experience managing engineers of record through IFC
• Knowledge of foundations, structural steel, and building envelope systems
• PE license or active pursuit
• Data center, industrial, or mission-critical structure experience
• ETABS
• RISA
• RAM
• Seismic design
• Conversion and retrofit experience

Responsibilities

• Support structural engineering across multi-site development from screening through construction completion
• Conduct structural due diligence for greenfield and conversion sites
• Review geotechnical reports and assign structural design actions
• Maintain structural design standards, details, and specifications
• Coordinate with civil, geotechnical, and MEP disciplines
• Manage external structural engineers of record and review deliverables through IFC
• Identify structural cost and constructability risks during site selection
