About the Role
You will partner with the local CEO to translate UK business strategy into execution plans, operating rhythms, KPIs, and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional delivery across operations, commercial strategy, regulatory readiness, risk management, product localisation, and data initiatives. You will coordinate local and global stakeholders, establish scalable processes and governance, support licensing and regulatory reviews, and assess prospective products and services for the UK market.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of operations and strategy experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or high-growth regulated financial services.
- Experience building, scaling, or transforming a digital asset, fintech, or high-growth financial services business.
- Commercial acumen and a track record of improving revenue, market share, or P&L through pricing, product, and funnel optimisation.
- Understanding of the UK crypto and digital assets landscape, including retail, institutional, and payments sectors.
- Ability to manage risk, drive cross-functional execution, and build scalable operational processes.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives for business planning, organisational design, market positioning, and the prospective UK operating model.
- Translate strategic objectives into execution plans, operating rhythms, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and track KPIs for regulatory readiness, delivery progress, customer outcomes, cost efficiency, and risk management.
- Support commercial strategy, including market positioning, client acquisition, pricing, product, and funnel initiatives.
- Own day-to-day delivery across cross-functional workstreams and resolve delivery challenges.
- Design operational processes, governance arrangements, and delivery disciplines.
- Establish readiness for licensing milestones, regulatory reviews, and prospective product or service launches.
- Coordinate dependencies across local and global teams.
- Support licensing workstreams, regulatory reviews, audits, and supervisory engagement with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Embed applicable UK regulatory standards into prospective operational workflows.
- Establish first-line ownership of operational risks, controls, risk registers, incident-management processes, and governance documentation.
- Contribute to assessment, prioritisation, and localisation of the prospective UK product roadmap.
- Develop data, analytics, and AI capabilities for client insights, decision-making, KPI improvement, and funnel optimisation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams.
- Represent the prospective UK business in digital-asset regulatory, policy, and market-structure discussions.
