About the Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and help translate priorities into coordinated action. You will run executive operating rhythms, support quarterly business reviews and annual planning, and lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives. You will prepare Board materials, frame decisions using analysis and judgment, strengthen communication, and mobilize focused teams to address urgent business needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, program leadership, or a Chief of Staff role supporting senior executives in a scaling environment
- Ability to advise executives and senior leaders through ambiguity using data, context, and judgment
- Ability to move between strategy, structure, and execution
- Analytical capability for complex business questions and actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Program management discipline and follow-through
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Advise the Chief People and Administration Officer, CEO, and executive leadership team on important company decisions
- Own the Board operating cadence, including timeline management, stakeholder follow-through, packaging, and delivery of materials
- Coordinate Board material preparation and ensure content is clear, consistent, and decision-ready
- Run executive operating processes, including initiative accountability, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning
- Drive strategic alignment across departments by connecting priorities and surfacing tradeoffs
- Identify decision opportunities, gather information and stakeholders, frame options, and support timely decisions
- Lead and support high-priority cross-functional work through analysis, program management, and hands-on execution
- Build and scale operating rhythms, processes, and communication cadences for the executive team
- Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to improve collaboration and organizational effectiveness
- Remove friction and increase visibility into business progress for the executive team
- Communicate executive priorities, decisions, and context to the broader organization when needed
- Form, coordinate, and motivate internal teams to address critical business priorities
