About the Role

Work with Plaid leaders on important, undefined problems across strategy, go-to-market, operations, and product. Identify unowned opportunities, lead high-performing teams, and use AI tools and agents as a force multiplier.

Requirements

10+ years of total experience, including consulting and direct operating roles.
Track record of independently identifying problems and driving outcomes.
High agency, ownership, and willingness to roll up sleeves.
Ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional teams to action.
Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills.
Experience directly managing high-performing teams.
Familiarity with AI tools and agents is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred.
Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred.
