About the Role
You will serve as an extension of the CEO by managing priorities, calendar, communications, and follow-through. You will coordinate cross-functional work, lead Board governance processes, prepare meetings and materials, manage external correspondence, and maintain organization-wide tracking practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a chief-of-staff, executive-support, program-management, operations-management, or comparable role
- Executive-level judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters
- Ability to build trust and coordinate work without formal authority
- Writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Project-management and cross-functional coordination experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling, project-management, CRM, and communications tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, task list, meeting preparation, and follow-through
- Draft and send correspondence on the CEO’s behalf
- Coordinate cross-functional work, project delivery, internal communications, and organizational-priority tracking
- Capture decisions and action items from leadership and cross-functional meetings
- Serve as the primary staff liaison to the Board of Directors and the Governance and Nominations Committee
- Coordinate Board and committee scheduling, agendas, packets, onboarding, records, minutes, and action tracking
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and external communications follow-up
- Serve as an early point of contact for external stakeholders
