About the Role
You will lead searches from role intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing. You will advise hiring managers using market data, identify overlooked candidates, build pipelines through outreach and referrals, manage compensation conversations, improve interview processes, and automate recruiting workflows in Ashby.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful in-house experience at a high-growth startup
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Sourcing experience, including hiring candidates who were not actively applying
- Ability to advise senior leaders using talent-market data
- Experience leading offer and compensation conversations
- Interest in AI and generative media
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle searches across engineering, research, GTM, finance, legal, and operations
- Advise hiring managers on role design, market conditions, and candidate assessment
- Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, communities, events, and AI sourcing tools
- Manage candidate screening, interview processes, offer conversations, and closing
- Calibrate interview loops and screening processes
- Improve recruiting processes, templates, reporting, and automation in Ashby
