About the Role
You will work on critical business problems across strategy, operations, product, and business development. You will conduct market and competitive research, lead operational projects, support strategic and financial planning, contribute product insights, and assist with sales and partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve difficult problems and build scalable processes
- Adaptability, resilience, and comfort in an evolving environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Lead special operations projects, including pricing, billing, and onboarding improvements
- Expand and maintain the operating system, including strategic and financial planning, board materials, objective reporting, and operating cadence
- Provide product-development input based on customer experiences and market trends
- Assist with sales and business development through direct sales, partner relationships, sales materials, and sales learnings
