About the Role
You will work directly with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives. You will research markets, evaluate opportunities, drive special projects, support hiring, manage external relationships, assist with cross-border arrangements, and improve internal processes as priorities evolve.

- Experience working across functions and owning business operations

- Preferred experience working with a founder or leadership team in an early-stage company
